What types of homes do you build?

For over 40 years, we have been building affordable single-family homes, carriages, and townhomes throughout Southeastern Pennsylvania. See our available floor plans for our full selection.

Where does Rouse Chamberlin Homes build?

Rouse Chamberlin builds in Southeastern, PA. Over the years, we have built in several counties such as Delaware, Chester, Montgomery and Bucks.

I’m not familiar with new construction. Why build new, and how do you get started?

There are many benefits to buying new including that your home is customizable, everything is new and under warranty, it’s clean and move-in ready, and there are no unexpected costs. Do I need a real estate agent to buy from Rouse Chamberlin Homes?

No. RC Homes is a broker-friendly builder. If you have a realtor, please inform us before your initial visit or bring your realtor along for the tour!

No worries if you do not have an agent, our community specialists are realtors! They are professionally trained to listen to your needs and help you find your forever home. We also have two preferred lenders that can help you find a financing program that works for you and your family.

Do I need an appointment?

While under the guidance of the CDC, we are currently operating by appointment only. Typically, we do not require an appointment, and walk-ins are welcome and encouraged.

What is included in a base price home?

Every community has an extensive luxury features list that explains what is included in your home at the base value. Discover upgrade options during your Design Studio appointment.

When will I be allowed to tour the home once construction begins?

There are scheduled appointments throughout the build where you will be able to tour your new home. Your community specialist will arrange these for you. For your safety, scheduling your visit is important. Please see the building process for more information.

Will you build on my lot of land?

We only build in our designated communities.

What are your Sales Center hours?

Please find the community you’d like to visit and check the community hours there. The days and hours may vary.


What if I have a home to sell before I purchase my new home?

This is a common issue that we can try to work out with you. Every situation is different. Provide us as much information as possible so we can decide together what the best solution is for you.
