UPDATE: WE WON! The Rouse Chamberlin Homes team is proud to announce that we have won the Best Customer Service Award in the Multi-Family Homes (116 Plus) in the Northeast USA Division. 


[November 12, 2021] Rouse Chamberlin Homes is excited and honored to announce that our team has been named as a finalist in the Best Customer Service category of the 11th Annual Home Owner Mark of Excellence Awards. This was based on our outstanding customer satisfaction performance in 2020. Even during a worldwide pandemic, our team has continued their allegiance to maintaining Rouse Chamberlin Homes’ high-quality standards and exceeding buyers’ expectations.

To be recognized for this honor, builders must meet the top-rated criteria upheld by Woodland, O’Brien & Scott, one of the oldest and most trusted Voice of the Customer firms in the industry. The Best Customer Experience award is “granted to those builders with the highest overall customer satisfaction in their area as voted by homeowners.”

Our most recent Rouse Chamberlin Homes community that is nearly sold out, Ridgecrest, is a perfect representation of how exceptional our team has done over the last two years. Ridgecrest outperformed Woodland, O’Brien & Scott’s top performers in Organization’s Selections, Overall Mortgage Process, Quality vs Expectation, Cleanliness at Move-In, and Condition at Occupancy. The most remarkable of all is that 100% of those surveyed are willing to refer Rouse Chamberlin Homes. 

In Montgomery County, we’re entering our last phase of homesites in Enclave at Ridgewood. While we have a few more years of construction and settlements, our team here is ranking a 4.9/5.0 on Google!

After the settlement of every RC Homes homeowner, Woodland, O’Brien & Scott surveys the homeowners based on a number of categories from sales to the selections process, to the handy work of construction, and there afterward. 

From design to delivery, Rouse Chamberlin built us a fantastic carriage home in Penn Manor at Sandy Run. The design staff of Danielle and Lori along with Jacki in sales handled all the details. Bill Ray, our project manager made sure every detail was to his highest standards of quality workmanship.
